Kevin Keen was most recently coach at Crystal Palace. Prior to this he was Manager of Colchester United.
The 48-year-old arrives at the Weston Homes Community Stadium having most recently been assistant manager to Steve Clarke at Reading and he brings with him a wealth of coaching experience at the top level of the game.
After a brief caretaker spell at Macclesfield Town at the end of his playing career, Kevin began his coaching journey in earnest at his former club West Ham, initially joining as an Academy coach in 2002.
He later became reserve team coach and then moved up to the first team set up in 2007 where he supported a number of first team managers including Alan Pardew, Alan Curbishley, Gianfranco Zola and Avram Grant.
After a nine year stint with the Hammers, he joined Liverpool as a first team coach under the management of Kenny Dalglish, spending a year at Anfield, before departing the Merseyside club upon the arrival of Brendan Rodgers.
His next role was assistant head coach at West Bromwich Albion alongside Steve Clarke, where he spent eighteen months before the duo left the Baggies in December 2013.
In July 2014, a return to London followed, where he took on the role of Head of Coaching and U18s manager at Fulham and five months later, he teamed up with Clarke again as the duo went to Championship side Reading.
