Southampton boss Harry Redknapp has been named Barclays Premiership manager of the month for March.

A 1-0 home win over Tottenham and a 3-1 victory at Middlesbrough lifted the Saints out of the bottom three.

Redknapp becomes the first manager to win the award for two different clubs in the same season after his October award with Pompey.

"I won two at Portsmouth, and it's nice to pick one up here" said a delighted Redknapp.
