Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has won the Barclays Manager of the Month Award for August.
The award comes after the Red Devils soared to the top of the Barclays Premiership with three victories, scoring 10 goals in the process.
A 5-1 win against Fulham and a 2-1 victory at Watford sandwiched a 3-0 triumph at Charlton Athletic as Ferguson's men sent out a clear message of intent to their title rivals.
