Doncaster manager Dave Penney took the Nationwide Division Three manager of the month award after leading his club to the promotion and the championship - although that was clinced on the 1st of May.
Rovers registered 12 points from 15 in April to secure a second straight promotion in two years.
"Dave's achievement at Doncaster is outstanding," said Nationwide spokesman Chris Hull. "He has secured back-to-back promotions and now Division Two football in the space of 12 months."
