Nottingham Forest Manager Billy Davies was named npower Championship Manager of the Month for January.
Davies' side conceded only three League goals throughout January, and recorded wins against Ipswich Town, Portsmouth, Derby County and Bristol City.
Forest also beat Preston North End in the FA Cup Third Round.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: "January was a fantastic month for Forest. They are now firmly in the promotion race.
"Their unbeaten League run - including a superb victory at rivals Derby County - ensured it was a month to remember for Davies' men."
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Billy Davies led Forest through a very impressive month. He fully deserves the npower Championship Manager of the Month Award.
"I'd like to congratulate Billy on behalf of npower, and wish him and the team the best of luck for the rest of the season."
