Middlesbrough manager Tony Mowbray is the npower Championship Manager of the Month for December.
Mowbray led Boro to an unbeaten month with four wins and a draw during December.

He said: “December was a terrific month for Tony Mowbray and his team.
“They remained undefeated and gained an impressive 13 points, conceding only three goals in the process.
“They’ve strengthened their push for promotion and now look like genuine contenders near the top of the league.”
