Swansea City Manager Brendan Rodgers was named npower Championship Manager of the Month for February.
Rodgers led his side into the automatic promotion places with five wins during the month.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: "Swansea enjoyed a terrific February. A great comeback at Middlesbrough and a fantastic home win over promotion rivals Leeds were the stand-out results for Rodgers' men."
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Swansea have hit form at the perfect time.
"Scoring 13 goals in February shows Brendan has got them playing some attractive football, but with four clean sheets they're also very solid in defence.
"I'd like to congratulate Brendan on behalf of npower, and wish him and the team the best of luck for the rest of the season."
