Reading manager Brian McDermott is the npower Championship Manager of the Month for February.
McDermott led Reading to a perfect month with four wins from four games.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: “February was a fantastic month for Brian McDermott and Reading as they won all four of their matches without conceding a goal.
“Brian’s side are now serious contenders for automatic promotion in the npower Championship.”
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: “Reading were the form team in the Championship last month and this award recognises Brian’s contribution.
“His side were unbeatable during February, with the 2-0 away success over fellow promotion-chasers Middlesbrough proving to be the highlight of a great month.
