Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones is the npower League 1 Manager of the Month for April. Jones also won the award in March.
He steered his side to an unbeaten month with four wins and a draw from their five fixtures.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: “April proved to be another impressive month for Dave Jones who has made a real impact since joining Wednesday.
“Last Saturday’s win over Brentford has given them a great chance of securing automatic promotion this weekend.”
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: “Dave continued his unbeaten run as Sheffield Wednesday manager with another fine month of results in April.
“His side now find themselves in an automatic promotion spot and on the verge of a return to the npower Championship.

In the npower Championship, Millwall boss Kenny Jackett was named npower Manager of the Month.
The npower League 2 Manager of the Month Award went to Shrewsbury Town boss Graham Turner.
The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport’s Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
