Crewe Alexandra boss Dario Gradi was named npower League 2 Manager of the Month for January.
Gradi's side notched up 15 points with wins against Northampton Town, Shrewsbury Town, Wycombe Wanderers, Port Vale and Bradford City.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: "It was a very good month for Crewe, with wins against some of the Play-Off contenders.
"Dario's team play attractive football and are now strongly competing for a Play-Off place themselves."
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: "Dario Gradi led his side through a fantastic month. He fully deserves the npower League 2 Manager of the Month Award.
"I'd like to congratulate Dario on behalf of npower, and wish him the best of luck for the rest of the season."
