MANAGER OF THE MONTH FOR NOVEMBER 2011
npower League Two

Cheltenham Town manager Mark Yates is the npower League 2 Manager of the Month for November.

Yates led The Robins to nine points from a possible nine as they continued to press home their promotion credentials.

Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.

He said: “November was a fantastic month for Mark Yates and Cheltenham as they secured three wins out of three, conceding just a single goal.

“Notable away wins at Oxford United and Bradford City mean they now occupy an automatic promotion spot in npower League 2.”

npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: “Cheltenham continued their excellent October form with three impressive league performances last month.

“Mark has organised his back-four admirably, resulting in the second best defensive record in the league this season.

“On behalf of npower, I’d like to congratulate Mark and the team, and wish them the best of luck for the rest of 2011 – and the season!”

The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport’s Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
