Torquay United manager Martin Ling is the npower League 2 Manager of the Month for March.
Ling led his side to six wins and a draw from eight games.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: “Martin has overseen another incredible month for Torquay taking 19 invaluable points.
“They have now secured a top three spot and look strong candidates for promotion.”
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: “The Gulls have been in flying form in March and Martin Ling deserves great credit for the results his side have earned.
“His team are in fantastic form and it is no surprise to see them in the mix for automatic promotion.”

The judging panel comprises former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports Football League expert Peter Beagrie, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, BBC Sport’s Mark Clemmit, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins.
