Torquay United boss Paul Buckle was names npower League 2 Manager of the Month for August.
The Gulls have enjoyed a fine start to the season and were the form side of the entire npower Football League in August.
Alan Curbishley, Chairman of the npower Manager of the Month awards panel commented: ‘”Paul Buckle’s side have been outstanding in all departments and deserve special praise for being the only side in the entire npower Football League to maintain a 100% record throughout August with four consecutive wins.”
Buckle held of competition from Shrewsbury Town manager Graham Turner, Rotherham United boss Ronnie Moore and Chesterfield’s John Sheridan.
