Doncaster Rovers Manager Dave Penney has been awarded November's Coca-Cola Manager of the Month Award in the Coca-Cola League One.

Rovers won all their three matches played as well as defeating Aston Villa in the Carling Cup

At home they defeated Bristol City (2-0) and AFC Bournemouth (4-2) whilst winning at Oldham Athletic (1-0)

Chris Kamara, chairman of the Coca-Cola Manager of the Month Awards panel, said: "Doncaster have enjoyed a tremendous month in League 1. Their unbeaten run has really pushed them up the league and they are now within striking distance of the Play-Off places. Dave is developing into a superb manager and his club are going from strength-to-strength."
