Southend United Manager Steve Tilson has been awarded September's Coca-Cola Manager of the Month Award in the Coca-Cola League One.

At home they defeated Oldham Athletic (2-1), Tranmere Rovers (3-1) and Yeovil Town (4-1), whilst winning at Swindon Town (2-1) and Rotherham United (4-2)
