MANAGER OF THE MONTH FOR JANUARY 2005
Coca-Cola Football League Two

Oxford United boss Ramon Diaz has been named the Coca-Cola League Two Manager of the Month for January.

The former Argentina striker, who has managed AS Monaco, Inter-Milan and Napoli, led his Oxford side to wins over Wycombe Wanderers, Yeovil Town, Kidderminster and Bristol Rovers. In addition they drew with Bury and Darlington.

Oxford are now comfortably in mid-table with an outside chance of reaching the play-offs.

Diaz, however, has seen it all before "It's the match against Lincoln that's most important.

"All this happy atmosphere is fine, but the main objective is getting to the play-offs."
