Peterborough United's Darren Ferguson has been awarded the Coca-Cola Manager of the Month award for March in the Coca-Cola League 2.

Ferguson's team enjoyed an unbeaten run during March, which included six wins from eight league fixtures. The Posh began the month with a home win over Bury before embarking on a run of three consecutive away wins over Barnet, Dagenham & Redbridge and Brentford. Further wins against Chester City and Lincoln City gave Ferguson's side a 20 point haul from the month placing them in pole position in Coca-Cola League 2.

Chris Kamara, said: "Peterborough United have been in superb form for most of this season. They were promotion favourites going in to this season's campaign and have lived up to that billing. They are now sixteen games unbeaten and are getting better and better, keeping them firmly on course to clinch the League Two title".
