TRAVEL INSURANCE
LMA TRAVEL & MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME
The LMA Travel and Medical Insurance Scheme was launched in 2008. All LMA members, their partners and dependants (under 18 or 25 if in full-time education) are automatically covered.
The LMA Travel and Medical Insurance Scheme is run in conjunction with JLT Specialty and is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc.
When does the cover apply?
• Whenever members, their partners and/or dependants travel outside of the UK
• There is no limit to the number of trips that may be undertaken
• A member’s partner and dependants can travel independently of him (children under 18 must be accompanied by the member or the member's partner)
• The maximum permitted duration for any one trip is 12 months
