MEDICAL PROBLEMS ABROAD

FirstAssist Service Ltd (FSL) will also help you with any medical problems while you are abroad and they are able to help with:

•    The arrangement of return flights in the event of bodily injury or illness
•    Replacement travel or business documents
•    Tracing lost baggage on receipt of a luggage tag number and property irregularity report
•    Advice on how to contact and where to find the local Consulate/Embassy
•    Notification of relevant organisations in the UK for the loss of credit and charge cards

For serious injury or illness whilst abroad you must contact FSL’s 24 Hour Service on +44 (0)20 8763 3155

For an efficient response to your call please have the following information available:

•    Your name, telephone, fax number at which you can be contacted
•    Nature of assistance required
