SIR ALEX WINS 10TH TITLE
Sir Alex Ferguson today led Manchester United to their 10th Barclays Premier League title in 16 years. With Avram Grant and Chelsea challenging Manchester United right to the wire, Ferguson agreed his 10th title was a ‘tough’ one to win.

Speaking on Sky Sports Sir Alex summed up his feelings:

“Fantastic! I am very proud. I’m proud at having survived for so long but I am at a great club and it’s much easier for me than the rest.”

Ferguson also confirmed that he is nowhere near retiring from management.

“What would you do without this? (winning and managing)...Tell me?”
