Millwall manager Kenny Jackett is the npower Championship Manager of the Month for April.
Jackett led The Lions to 16 points from a possible 18 in April, with five wins and a draw from their six fixtures.
Former Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley chairs the npower Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: “A fantastic month for Kenny and his Millwall team at the business end of the season.
“Their fine April form was built on solid defensive work, with four clean sheets and just three goals conceded all month.”
npower Head of Sponsorship Emma Collins said: “Millwall picked up more points than any other team in the division last month, confirming their place in the Championship next season.
“After a month of mixed results in March, Kenny has helped his side find their best form at a crucial time.

npower League One
Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones is the npower League 1 Manager of the Month for April. Jones also won the award in March.
He steered his side to an unbeaten month with four wins and a draw from their five fixtures.
Alan Curbishley said: “April proved to be another impressive month for Dave Jones who has made a real impact since joining Wednesday.
“Last Saturday’s win over Brentford has given them a great chance of securing automatic promotion this weekend.”
Emma Collins said: “Dave continued his unbeaten run as Sheffield Wednesday manager with another fine month of results in April.
“His side now find themselves in an automatic promotion spot and on the verge of a return to the npower Championship.
“On behalf of npower, I’d like to congratulate Dave and the team, and wish them the best of luck for their final game of the season.”
npower League Two
Shrewsbury Town manager Graham Turner is the npower League 2 Manager of the Month for April.
Turner led his side to five wins and a draw from their six fixtures, sealing promotion to npower League 1 in the process.
Alan Curbishley said: “April was a tremendous month for Graham Turner and Shrewsbury, with five wins and a draw giving the club automatic promotion.
“I’d like to congratulate Graham and his staff on a fantastic season in npower League 2.”
Emma Collins said: “Shrewsbury have been in and around the Play-Off places for most of the season but their April form catapulted them straight into npower League 1.
“Graham has done a fantastic job at New Meadow and this award recognises his contribution to their brilliant form last month.
“On behalf of npower, I’d like to congratulate Graham and the team, and wish them the best of luck for next season.”
