GILLINGHAM APPOINT ALLEN

Martin Allen has been confirmed as the new manager of Gillingham.

Allen, a holder of the UEFA Pro License, joins Priestfield having most recently steered Barnet to League Two safety on the final day of the season for the second year running.

The club website confirmed that Martin has already had a meeting with the players and coaching staff.
