Andy Daykin - IFMA Chairman
Andy is extremely well known throughout the game. Vastly experienced, with a wealth of knowledge, he has served Sheffield United as Commercial Manager for over twenty years. Also had spells at Hull City and Barnsley.

PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL ADMINISTRATORS ASSOCIATION (PFAA)

The Professional Football Administrators Association (PFAA) was formed in August 2007 when the Football Administrators Association (FAA) merged with the Commercial & Marketing Managers Association (CMMA)

This amalgamation was designed to reflect the changes in the Commercial, Marketing and Administrative departments within clubs. It is hoped that the new body will be seen as being more relevant for those working within the professional game.

John Alexander - PFAA Chairman
Born in Liverpool in 1955, John signed as a professional for Millwall after graduating from London University with a BA Hons. in Geography. He went on to play for Reading, where he was a member of the 4th Division championship winning side in 1979, and Northampton Town.

On ceasing to be a professional John worked for the BBC for five years before joining Watford in 1987 where he was Assistant Secretary to Eddie Plumley before becoming Secretary. John joined Tottenham Hotspur as Club Secretary in March 2000.

PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL COACHES ASSOCIATION (PFCA)

On 1st August 2007 the Technical & Development Staffs Association (TDSA) became the Professional Football Coaches Association (PFCA).

The reason for the change is to more readily reflect the status and position of professional coaches within the Barclays Premier League and Football League.

Dave Richardson - PFCA Chairman
Dave was, until 2005, Director of Youth at the Barclays Premier League. After having played and coached at non-league level in the 60’s and 70’s, he first became involved at professional level with Middlesbrough looking after schoolboys and youth players from 1966 -1976. He was appointed Youth Development Officer at Aston Villa by Ron Saunders, then left to become Youth Team Manager at Leicester City in 1980, first with Jock Wallace, then Gordon Milne as Youth & Reserve Team Manager from 1982-87.

He then rejoined Aston Villa as Assistant Manager, with special responsibility for Youth Development under Graham Taylor between 1987-1990. He continued this role with Joe Venglos and Ron Atkinson until 1994, when he was appointed Director of Youth at the Barclays Premier League.

Dave worked closely with the then FA Technical Director Howard Wilkinson to establish the current Academy system in professional football.
