The LMA 1000 Club recognises any LMA member who has managed 1000 competitive first team matches at full-time professional clubs in the following sanctioned competitions:

Premier League or equivalent overseas*
EFL or equivalent overseas*
Women’s Super League, Women’s Super League 2** or equivalent overseas*
Domestic cup competitions (The FA Cup / Carabao Cup / Vertu Trophy / Adobe Women's FA Cup / Subway Women's League Cup** etc.) or equivalent overseas cup competitions which are organised by the National Association or a governing body of the professional game in that country
UEFA-sanctioned competitive matches (Champions League / Europa League / Women’s Champions League** etc.) or equivalent continental competitions
FIFA-sanctioned International matches (including friendlies)
*Equivalent overseas leagues must be fully professional
**Only matches played after the professionalisation of the Women’s Super League in September 2018 to be counted
