LMA Lead is a 12-week, 6 module online short course, designed to develop the key knowledge and skills needed to manage high performing teams.

The focus of the programme is to develop your leadership skills to enable you to manage a range of diverse individuals to effectively work collaboratively to meet their potential.

Through a blend of applied insight and academic underpinning you will develop the ability to effectively lead teams in elite environments.
