The LMA Diploma in Football Management was launched at Warwick Business School in 2002. Now delivered in partnership with the University of Liverpool and the PFA, with 277 graduates to date.
As a form of recognition for our members across the Premier League, EFL, WSL, and WSL2, the LMA distribute a sponsored weekly award to recognise outstanding performances following each round of fixtures which is shared on LMA social media channels. Weekly engagement from winning clubs provides a great opportunity for brand recognition across professional football social media channels as well.

The LMA Pro-Am is an annual golf tournament with teams of four playing across eighteen holes at a prestigious golf course in the UK. Each team on the day could include two individuals from various organisations within the LMA’s network, a professional golfer, and an LMA Member or Ambassador. The day also includes a welcome lunch, winners presentations, and dinner to end the occasion.

LMA Lead and LMA Perform are both fortnightly 12-week, 6-module programmes focusing on leadership and high performance, and mental health and wellbeing performance. Both are practical, challenging, and accessible, providing interactive content that blends cutting edge research with expert delivery from our practitioners.
LMA personal and professional development one-day masterclasses offer facilitated learning workshops, incorporating LMA Ambassadors, facilitators, and experts to deliver lectures and interactive sessions.
An LMA Webinar can be delivered for 45-90 minutes and is a great opportunity to reach a wider audience over a short period of time. This can either be in a presentation format with an LMA expert, or a Q&A with an LMA Member to discuss their lived experiences of leadership and high performance.
Leadership Round Tables provide a designated group the opportunity to engage and network with one another whilst discussing leadership principles in a relaxed, informal setting. These sessions are facilitated by an LMA leadership expert and will also include two senior LMA Members.
