Long days at the training ground, extended periods away from home and a demanding travel schedule often result in a range of poor lifestyle behaviours. Over time, this can place pressure not only on the individual but also on their family and support network.

The LMA’s performance lifestyle service is built on principles used in elite sport and is designed to help managers and coaches make considered choices about how they manage their time, energy and priorities. Under the umbrella of LMA Wellness and guided by the LMA’s Performance Lifestyle Model, we provide members with individual and bespoke support, alongside educational resources, to encourage the adoption of positive lifestyle behaviours.
