The LMA Institute of Leadership and High Performance was established in 2012 and is the LMA’s commitment to the ongoing personal and professional development of its members, the managers and coaches, in professional football in England.
Based at the LMA’s home, the National Football Centre, St George’s Park, the Institute’s team provides a significant programme of vocationally relevant education and support services to the entire professional coaching workforce throughout their careers.
