LMA & LCA Coach is a 12-week online programme focused on core aspects of skill acquisition and how to apply these principles to football coaching. LMA & LCA Coach will expand your knowledge of the science of coaching and help you develop your practice in line with the expectations of elite performance and player development.

Managing coaching practice to encourage the development of technical and tactical knowledge is critical to player development. Coaches need to ensure their design, delivery and intervention style during training practice provides the optimal conditions for learning and the LMA & LCA Coach short course will develop your knowledge of how to underpin your coaching with the theoretical approaches of skill acquisition.
