Football management can often feel isolating, and the LMA recognises it is not something that should be faced alone. Our Mentor Programme is a vital part of the practical, day-to-day support we provide to members, offering relevant vocational guidance and assistance throughout their careers.
All members have access to the team of trained LMA Mentors, with a specific focus on providing high quality mentor support to the first-time managers. The LMA has an extensive team of trained ‘football mentors’ working 1-to-1 with managers across the game, providing confidential and tailored support, meeting the managers’ individual needs.
Throughout the season the LMA Institute of Leadership and High Performance runs a programme of full day, face-to-face masterclasses at professional football and elite sport venues around the country.
