The LMA Annual Leadership & Wellbeing Conference was launched at the Emirates Stadium in 2009. The conference provides a full day of lectures, panel discussions and keynote speeches from thought-leaders, industry experts and sporting icons. In addition to the on-stage content, the conference provides a backdrop for networking and hospitality, strengthening the LMA’s relationships with its partners and supporters.
The day brings together over 350 LMA members, football industry representatives and individuals from the corporate world at some of the country’s most iconic venues, which have included The National Gallery, The British Museum, St George’s Park and The London Guildhall.
In recent years, the LMA has delivered the event with its lead event partner, HCA Healthcare UK, exploring the themes of performance, wellbeing and leadership in more detail.
