The Barclays Women's Championship Manager of the Month panel, comprising of Faye White, Mo Marley, Brent Hills, Jen O'Neill, Alan Curbishley, and Mollie Kmita, has determined that the Barclays Women's Championship Manager of the Month Award for November should go to Charlton Athletic Women manager, Karen Hills.
Karen's team managed to secure seven points over the course of three games during November, helping Charlton Athletic Women to move up the Women's Championship table and into first position for the start of December.
The LMA wishes to pass on its congratulations to Karen and her team for achieving this award and wish them the best for the remainder of the 2023/24 season.
