The League Managers Association’s panel, comprising of LMA Chairman Martin O’Neill OBE, Jess Creighton, Les Ferdinand MBE, Sir Alex Ferguson CBE, Barry Fry, Chris Hughton, Mick McCarthy, Stuart Pearce MBE, Clare Tomlinson, Carla Ward, and Rachel Yankey OBE has determined that the Everest Women’s Performance of the Week Award should go to Everton for their performance against Liverpool on Sunday7th September.
Brian Sørensen will receive the Everest Women’s Performance of the Week trophy.

Everton continued their 100% win record at Anfield with a 4-1 demolition of their city counterparts, Liverpool. Summer signing Ornella Vignola completed an impressive hat-trick on her debut to mark a brilliant afternoon to be a blue.
The hosts opened the scoring inside 11 minutes as Cornelia Kapocs netted the Reds’ first ever goal against Everton at Anfield.
The Toffees fought back superbly, Vignola’s stunning solo effort levelling the scores on 24minutes. Katja Snoeijs then headed home on the stroke of half-time to score her third derby goal in as many games.
The Blues’ star from Spain then grabbed the headlines, netting a quick-fire double to complete her hat-trick and secure the bragging rights for Brian Sorensen’s side once more.
