"When I arrived, we were 21st in League Two. Today, the club is challenging at the top end of the division. That journey and consistent year-on-year growth, which includes two unforgettable FA Cup runs and fixtures against Manchester City, is no accident. It has been built by incredible people who embody everything Salford stands for – not just as a football club, but as a proud city with real character and heart.

You’ve represented this club with pride, and I will always be grateful to have worked with you. At times we fell short, but always by being us, and over time your talent will bring greater consistency and control.
"This past season brought its share of injuries and challenges, testing everyone involved. Throughout it all, both the staff and players conducted themselves with professionalism and resilience. Even in the lead up to the play-off final, we faced incredibly difficult circumstances but continued to push forward together.
