1 – LMA and Toshiba Bring Industry Leaders Together at St George’s Park Conference

The LMA is proud to continue its strong partnership with Toshiba, highlighted by the recent leadership conference at St George’s Park. The event, which focused on leadership, culture and teamwork, was unique in that it brought the Toshiba and Viessman brands, along with 150 clients, under one roof with the aim of raising standards within the industry.

The LMA provided expert organisational and operational support for the event, in addition to facilitating captivating Q&A sessions with Manchester United legend, Ryan Giggs, England icon Stuart Pearce MBE and renowned former Premier League manager, Sean Dyche. The topics covered throughout the day included top-level management5 insights, elite performance and culture creation.

We would like to thank Toshiba and Viessman for entrusting us with the organisation of their conference and look forward to working closely together again in the near future.

2 – 2nd Annual LMA Partner Tournament Delivers at St George’s Park

Earlier this month we hosted the 2nd LMA Annual Partner Tournament at St. George's Park, bringing together LMA Members, colleagues and our valued corporate partners.

The tournament continues to grow with eight teams competing in this year's edition. Throughout the day, our partners enjoyed a truly unique experience at the elite performance centre for England's National Football Teams, engaging in a live Q&A session, and being managed by an LMA Member or Ambassador.

This year’s FA Cup-style draw saw an exceptional line-up of managers take charge of teams across the competition, with Garry Monk leading the winning Guinness side, who successfully retained their title.

Garry Monk, LMA Member and Manager of the successful Guinness Team, commented: “These Partner Tournaments are always fantastic occasions, and there’s a real energy about the day from start to finish. It’s brilliant to see the enthusiasm from everyone involved, and it also gives us as managers a great chance to reconnect, spend time with peers and enjoy being in that team environment together."

Beyond the football, the event continues to play an important role in strengthening relationships with our partners and showcasing the access, engagement and value delivered through the LMA. A huge thank you to all our teams and Managers for making it a great day to be a part of.

3 –  LMA Joins Vitality to help ‘Break the Burnout’

We were delighted to support our partners Vitality at their recent ‘Break the Burnout’ Event held at Stockport County’s Edgeley Park. The event was aimed at local business leaders, encouraging them to explore the clear links between mind-set, performance and wellbeing at work.

The event’s spotlight feature was an in-depth Q&A session, which the LMA contributed to by providing four-time Olympian and Director of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at the PCA, Donna Fraser OBE. The panel also featured England’s all-time Test Match run scorer Joe Root MBE and former Wales international footballer Ashley Williams.

The discussion covered topics including teamwork, resilience, wellbeing, overcoming setbacks, and strategies to prevent burnout. The session was practical and engaging, even featuring a wellbeing walk around the Stockport County pitch, which encouraged attendees to reflect on how they can better support themselves and their teams.

Thank you to Donna once again for her support of the LMA and to Vitality for their strong and collaborative partnership.

3 –  Ange Postecoglou Headlines Premier League Partner Forum Q&A

As part of the recent Premier League Partner Forum in London, the LMA provided former Premier League manager, and UEFA Europa League winner, Ange Postecoglou, to take part in a Q&A with host and broadcaster, Kelly Cates.

The Q&A explored Ange’s background in football and his successes across a glittering career in management. The event consisted of a number of keynote speakers exploring all aspects of the Premier League and its consistent growth each year with the support of key commercial partners and suppliers.

Thank you to Ange for such a fantastic contribution at a landmark Premier League event.
