Programme Aims

The programme is individualised and bespoke, making it suitable for anyone on their leadership journey who is looking to enhance their leadership and strategic oversight or making a career transition. Previous participants have benefitted from the programme in making the change from manager to leader, operations to director, or merely gaining a better understanding of their existing role and impact.

Programme delivery includes a mixture of synchronous and “in-your-own-time” learning through online and face-to-face sessions, as well as the use of pre-recorded lectures, individual coaching and a wide range of added support.
