Throughout the season, the LMA Institute of Leadership and High Performance delivers a series of one-hour online webinars and panel discussions.
The online sessions aim to provide accessible, time-efficient content and insights from wellbeing, personal development, leadership and sports performance experts. In addition, the online sessions provide a platform for senior LMA members and other proven sports and performance coaches to share their career experiences and journeys.
Each webinar topic is underpinned by the LMA Personal Development Model, which is central to the structure of the LMA Institute of Leadership and High Performance.
